Carol Verret and Associates Consulting and Training or CVCT is a company that provides sales, marketing, customer service and coaching services primarily but not exclusively to the hospitality industry. Since 1999, we have provided hotel sales training and consulting through seminars, consultations and web casts. Out mission is to provide success tools to sales associates, General Managers, Revenue Managers and larger sales organizations in a cost effective manner that deliver a Return on Investment.
Our associates are hospitality professionals with deep experience in the above areas and our clients range from corporate sales organizations to independent properties that need an edge in the competitive marketplace of hotel sales and marketing today. Providing excellent customer service to our clients is our priority and therefore we offer customer service training programs and consultations to enable them with the tools to ensure customer loyalty.
Carol Verret, the President of our company, writes articles for various industry publications from Hotel Online to Hospitality Upgrade, to keep industry professionals up to speed on relevant issues.
